Provenance

Transparency on where and how I source my ingredients and packaging is important to me.

In an ideal world I would like my products to be completely organic, but due to availability and cost this isn’t always possible. If I was able to source all ingredients from organic sources the cost would be sky high and the business would just not be possible. I keep my suppliers under regular review and organic ingredients will be used wherever possible. The oats are both certificated gluten free and organic and are grown and milled in England.

As well as oats, at present organic ingredients include apricots, buckwheat groats, cacao nibs, cacao powder, chia seeds, coconut milk powder, coconut oil, coconut strips, coconut sugar, flax seeds, hemp hearts, maple syrup, orange juice, quinoa flakes and sour cherries.

Organic ingredients are listed on the ingredient declaration on the back of each packet – all organic ingredients are marked with a  *

I consistently review suppliers and will add to the organic ingredients I use when I can.

The packaging pouches I use are recyclable. The labels are made from recycled paper and are recyclable too. Please put them in your home recycling for the council to pick up.
